User skincare routines
You can create your own routine once you've created your free account.
AM - Everyday
Use every day, as many times as needed. For most people, it's best to use a moisturizer twice per day. In the morning, apply it before your sunscreen (or skip the moisturizer in the morning if your sunscreen feels hydrating enough). In the evening, a moisturizer is usually the last step of a routine.
PM - Everyday
Use a generous amount of product to remove all dirt, sunscreen or makeup in one step. There is no need to double-cleanse. It is a good idea to always finish cleansing with a splash of clean water to remove any residue from the cleanser. Most people only need to cleanse their skin with a cleanser once per day, at night. It is the first step of a night skincare routine.

After having a bad breakout from perioral dermatitis last year that I'm only now coming out of (although some periorbital dermatitis remains) thanks to my beloved LRP sunscreen :'(, I've had to take a "zero" routine: No makeup, no sunscreen, no facewash, nothing except Sudocrem (which helped a lot after I learned about it) and water.
Now I'd like to establish a routine that is better for my mid-30s skin. I haven't tried to find anything new for many years, and it's clear there are some changes happening, including more acne breakouts (!).
So I'm fighting pimples while also fighting age spots, sagging, and wrinkles. Hooray!
But first, I have to rediscover the basics: Face wash, moisturiser, and sunscreen.
**NOTE: I'm actually trying the Natio Invisible Fluid Facial Sunscreen SPF 50+, but this isn't an option to select on WIMJ.
