- A good concentration of Niacinamide (4.90% - 7.40%). Niacinamide is a well-studied multi-tasking active. It is stable, and can work well in almost any hydrating formulation. - Exfoliating acids in a high total concentration (glycolic acid 2.00% - 3.00%). This is a strong peel. It removes the top layer of the dead skin cells, revealing a "fresher" skin.
