Hello Tayah, the key for improving sensitivity is using a minimal number of products, avoiding common irritants like fragrance and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, cleansing gently (https://whatsinmyjar.com/skin-concerns/all-about-cleansing-wimj-cleansing-guide), and avoiding over-exfoliation and strong actives.

I think it makes sense to critically examine everything you are using right now and stop products with fragrance and exfoliators. Aim for keeping only 4-6 products in your routine:
