Hm.. you are actually using good hydrating products, so I think it's not so much about adding but rather removing steps/ products that could be weakening the skin barrier. First, I'd skip the morning cleanse completely and only use the LRP Gentle Wash in the evening (no double-cleanse)- this guide to cleansing can explain why: https://whatsinmyjar.com/skin-concerns/all-about-cleansing-wimj-cleansing-guide.

I don't think you need a hydrating serum and a mist - both are good products, but it is a bit of an overkill. Plus, you are using a light-textured moistruizer, and it might not be effective enough to stop the extra water (that all this hydrators are binding) from evaporation. You could consider trying a heavier textured cream ideally with linoleic acid (unlikely to clog pores): https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/beautystat-universal-pro-bio-moisture-boost-cream. it doesn't contain niacinamide, so you could consider adding a serum with it (instead of your current mist & serum), for example: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/vichy-mineral-89-probiotic-fractions-recovery-serum-for-stressed-skin-with-4-niacinamide
