At the very least, Peptides work as humectants: they attract water to the upper layer of the skin and improve its hydration.
• An effective concentration of Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) - about 1.20% - 1.40%. Panthenol helps strengthen the skin barrier, improve hydration and reduce inflammation in skin.
