Skincare routine for dry/flaky skin with texture. I am also acne-prone whenever I don't wash my face regularly (due to sleeping on my hands/arms, which I've tried to stop doing), which happens more often than I'd like to admit due to depression. Whenever I do stick to the routine I get pretty good results, but I still have some acne scarring and texture issues from flakiness (especially on my forehead).

AM - Twice a week
You can apply this product either during the day or at night, before your moisturizer or sunscreen. You can also apply it as a spot treatment only - as in directly on inflamed blemishes or in the area where you get clogged pores. We recommend that you use the product no more than twice per week on larger areas of your face. More frequent use can result in skin irritation.
PM - Everyday
Start slowly with this product: it can be irritating, but your skin can adjust to it with time. It is best to start using this product only a few times a week or every other day for the first few weeks. Mild dryness is normal when starting using a retinoid. Once your skin is able to tolerate the product well, you can slowly increase the frequency of use to every day. Make sure to apply a moisturizer regularly when using this product. Apply this product on clean skin, before a moisturizer. Most people prefer using this product at night, but it can be used in the morning as well (once per day in total).
