Signs of aging, uneven texture and color

I have some hyperpigmentation, that would be at the top of my list.

Right after the signs of aging. That’s why I’m doing vit C and retinol (they’re supposed to improve both my main skin concerns).

And of course keep it moisture.

I just feel like the retinol is doing nothing (before I tried the one from The Inkey list and it was even worse to me, meaning I didn’t see any improvement at all).

This SPF I just started today so I’m not sure how’s going to turn out.

A daily broad spectrum sunscreen is the most important step for both even skin tone and preventing signs of aging, so I'd definitely recommend adding it to your AM, even if it's cloudy outside.

As for the retinol, unfortunately, it does not work the same for everyone, some people need a higher concentration or a different retinoid format to see the same results someone else is seeing with a tiny amount...

How long have you been using retinol?

You could experiment with a different form of retinoid. Retinol is 2 steps removed from the biologically active form of vitamin A (transretinoic acid). So it needs 2 conversions in the skin to get to work, and for some people, these conversions might not happen as efficiently as for others. So trying a retinoid that is only 1 step removed from the bioactive form could get you better results. These would be the actives to look for:
