I'd say you can cut leave out at least one hydration serum: both Hada Labo Hydrator Lotion and their day cream contain a good concentration of glycerin, so you can use only the cream instead of the 2 products. You can keep using The Ordinary's Hyaluronic acid serum if you line it, but it is not really necessary because you already have enough humectants in your day/night cream.

A simple but effective active you could add to your routine is niacinamide, I wouldn't go above 6%.
