Dull and lifeless

My acne is more or less under control, and my moisture barrier seems fine, but my skin doesn't have a lot of life to it at the moment. My skin doesn't respond well to fragrance or essential oils. It's also very sensitive due to the Tretinoin and Finacea (I had to choose the Inkey List Azelaic Acid because there was no Finacea 15% azelaic acid cream), so I always look for heavy creams with ceramides, shea butter, and other repairing ingredients. The DeliKate is out of my price range normally, but I found it at Winners for a lot cheaper. I am 30, with a few fine lines, acne scars, and the odd pimple here and there. I live in an extremely cold, dry environment. I don't wear makeup regularly, and when I do it's usually just concealer, blush, and mascara.
