Ingredient callouts

• This product contains acids (gluconolactone 0.55% - 1.30%). Their concentration is low, and they will not have a strong exfoliating effect. Instead, they work to support the skin natural acid mantle and to attract water (as humectants). PHAs (gluconolactone) especially are great for improving skin hydration. They might be even able to stimulate the production of skin's natural humectants and support the healthy skin microbiome.
• An effective concentration of Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) - about 1.40% - 2.10%. Panthenol helps strengthen the skin barrier, improve hydration and reduce inflammation in skin.
• In addition, this product contains Allantoin (1.10% - 1.70%). Allantoin is helpful in wound-healing and can help restore the skin barrier faster. It might also be able to improve scars, but the evidence is not very strong for this.
• Humectants (glyceryl acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer 0.05% - 0.20%, sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer 0.10% - 0.30%, hyaluronic acid 0.10% - 0.40%, hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid 0.10% - 0.45%, sodium acetylated hyaluronate 0.15% - 0.50%, sodium hyaluronate 0.15% - 0.60%, anhydroxylitol 0.35% - 0.80%, xylitylglucoside 0.45% - 1.00%, allantoin 1.10% - 1.70%, panthenol 1.40% - 2.10%, betaine 1.70% - 2.50% and glycerin 2.70% - 4.00%). These ingredients help attract water to the upper layer of the skin and improve the skin hydration.
