This product works by removing dirt and oil from the surface of the skin. It uses a combination of mild cleansing agents (carbomer, cocamidopropyl betaine, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, glyceryl caprylate, glyceryl stearate, hexylene glycol, lauric acid, myristic acid, peg-100 stearate, peg-60 hydrogenated castor oil, undecylenoyl glycine) and should be able to cleanse the skin gently.
