This product works by removing dirt and oil from the surface of the skin. It uses a combination of mild cleansing agents (bis-peg-18 methyl ether dimethyl silane, carbomer, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, hexylene glycol, lauramidopropyl betaine, laureth-2, laureth-23, laureth-4, oleth-10, peg-120 methyl glucose dioleate, sodium cocoyl sarcosinate, sodium laureth sulfate, tea-cocoyl glutamate) and should be able to cleanse the skin gently.
