These both types of ingredients are essentials for improving the skin hydration and keeping the skin barrier healthy. Humectants in this product (acetyl hexapeptide-8, acetyl octapeptide-3, glycerin, sodium hyaluronate and hydrolyzed rice protein) help to increase the water content in the upper layer of the skin.
