I am reading about this I ingredient because I want to add to my anhydrous product. On the profile, Declared appears, what do you want to say with this? Do you think it’s effective at 15%? Many thanks.

"Declared" means that this is the concentration stated by the manufacturer. When the concentration of ingredients is not declared by the product, our algorithm makes an automated estimation.
In terms of effective concentration of the Centella asiatica extract, it depends on the quality of the extract itself, but overall 15% is very high
