Hi there, England and it is quite sensitive.
A retinoid would be a good option - it helps prevent breakouts and prevents signs of aging at the same time. It can be irritating though, so it make sense to start slowly (skin gets adjusted to retinoids and tolerance increases over time). You can go for a gentle formulation, start applying every other night (after cleansing, before moisturizing) and gradually increase the frequency yo every night.
Here are a few product options:

You could also add an azelaic acid serum, you can use it either in the AM or PM, before moisturizer/sunscreen:

Ah, wanted to add - you could try to skip using cleanser in the morning, just splashing with water is fine - it can help with your sensitivity and make the skin less prone to inflammation (I know it sounds counterintuitive, but less cleansing often leads to less breakouts)
That's brilliant thank you so much and love the tip about cleansing with water on a morning I shall definitely start doing that 😊
Hope you'll see good results soon, and we'd love to hear back on how it is going and/or if you get new skincare questions! 🙌
Update:
My skin has improved so much! Dark circles and redness have lightened so much! I have less break outs on my skin too. The end of my nose has large pores and these are still looking a bit clogged. But other than that I am so happy.
I am so glad to hear this! and thank you so much for the update!
And would you mind posting your current routine - it could be helpful to others!
oh, I think I should try azealic acid too - first time hearing about it
How sensitive is your skin? And what country are you in?
