Are these products not worth it? I've spent a lot of money on farmacy products, voyage which was really expensive.. and then some of the dead sea line

Ah, I didn't realize you have already purchased those. You can use the VitaminSea.beauty Dead Sea Minerals & Vitamin C Complex Toning Skin Serum before sunscreen in the morning (instead of the product I've recommended with PHAs). I personally wouldn't use the night balm from Farmacy - it is full of essential oils and might make your skin dryer as the result.

I think the ingredients that would be most helpful to you are:
- vitamin C
- PHAs (lactobionic acid, gluconalactone)
- retinoid (adapalene (OTC), tretinoin (prescription), retinol, hydroxypinacolone retinoate)
+ solid daily sun protection.
Please take care that you don't overload your skin with actives - it's better to start slowly, there are quite serious actives in this routine. If you notice that your skin gets slightly irritated or too dry/tight, skip your retinoid gel/serum, for example, and focus on the moisturizer and sunscreen.
Also, you will need patience. No skincare can produce real sustainable results after a few applications. Try to stick with a routine consistently for 4-6 weeks, and you will see a difference.
