I'd dial it back to basics and focus on building up tolerance to the retinol - so that you first can use it daily, and then increase the concentration a little.

I'd go for a one-step cleanse with a simple product like https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/neutrogena-ultra-gentle-hydrating-cleanser-creamy-formula

Add a daily broad spectrum sunscreen (most important!). You can keep using your both serums if you like them. If you'd like to streamline, I'd choose the Blue serum (it contains Niacinamide) and wouldn't repurchase the Centella 100 (but it's a good product - just that the effect can be very marginal when used together with the other one). You also need a moisturizer in the PM I'd say (smth simple like https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/the-ordinary-natural-moisturizing-factors-ha would be enough). I'd also reduce the frequency of the Salicylic Acid solution to 2x a week.

It's important to stick to this routine focusing on the retinol tolerance for a couple of months at least to get consistent results.
