Is my routine adapted for acne prone skin with hyperpigmentation and sensitivity ?

Is it a good idea to remove some actives and replace them by for example vitamin C, thiamidol or retinol ? If so what actives should i cut from my routine ?

I had a LOT of breakouts recently due to my compromised skin barrier, I was exfoliating everyday with multiple acids and i used retinol 2x per week.

I have a tiny budget for skincare.

Thank you for your answers,
