What should I swap out/replace or remove?

Also, I use Adapalene cream, not gel, which contains squalane. I am not sure if my skin likes topical squalane, despite it having it's many benefits! I'm actually not sure if I should continue with Adapalene and go for a retinal instead..

Adapalene has definitely more evidence of effectiveness against acne compared to retinal - so I'd try adapalene gel first before switching to retinal.

I think your routine is excellent. Not sure you need the double cleanse in the PM, one of your cleansers is probably enough (and it is gentler this way on your skin barrier).

You could consider swapping the Amino Acids +B5 serum to a niacinamide serum (once your Amino Acids product runs out, it isn't bad at all), for example:
