PS You could keep using your current moisturizer. I just don’t think the ordinary products are necessary but if you want those ingredients, you could find them in a moisturizer.

I actually like The Ordinary. I don't believe in using the same products every day, makes your skin lazy, so with the ordinary you can adjust to your daily needs. I use my cerave daily, but switch it up every 30 days. If you find the right argan oil it can help with dry patches, but also with acne in a weird way. It helps dissolve it before it pops out. It depends on the kind of acne you have i guess. Have you tried masks before? Green clay?
Hi! Looks like you are using some great products. I might scale back and consolidate though. You’re using a lot of products, and I think you can combine and get the same effect. You could discontinue the ordinary products and just find a moisturizer w niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. I wouldn’t use the Effaclar duo in the evening bc you don’t need spf at night. I love Drunk Elephant Framboos for acne and bumps. It is so effective for me. I would try it instead of The Ordinary AHA. As well, what about a stronger retinoid, La Roche Posay Effaclar Adapalene maybe? Retinoids are super effective for what you’re working on. In the evening I would: after cleansing, night 1: chemical exfoliant (Framboos), night 2 retinoid, night 3 just moisturize to allow for recovery. Then repeat. I would skip the Kate Somerville product and focus on a retinoid and chemical exfoliant bc I think you’ll get more bang out of it. For uneven skin tone, I recommend a vitamin C, like Timeless’. You would use it in the AM after cleansing. You could use just these products and be great: cleanser, moisturizer, vitamin c, retinoid, chemical exfoliant. I hope this is helpful.
