To support your skin barrier, I'd stop the Go-To Much brigther skin, Dr. Dennis Gross booster & peel, as well as the patchology mask (essential oils and fragrance - they are doing more harm to dry skin than helping, even with all the good actives in the products).
I don't think that Summer Fridays oil brings much benefit - I wouldn't repurchase that one.
I'd also recommend to cleanse in one step in the PM, with either one of your cleansers. Double cleanse is more damaging for the skin barrier. It's better to use more product, but in one step.
To bring back the actives "lost" from the fragranced products, I'd suggest trying a niacinamide serum in the AM - for example one of those:
A retinoid serum for the PM (start with using it only 2-3 times a week and slowly move to daily as your skin "gets used" to it - this slow approach will help avoid irritation & dryness):
You could also add back an AHA/PHA peel once a week - just please be careful though, it's a good idea to introduce the retinoid product first, and start with peel the next month or so. Peel options:
