A great hydrating, dewy serum for sensitive dry face!

Hello, I have extremely reactive and sensitive skin. Can’t use face products with parabens, essential oils, coconut, citrus or grape seed oil. Typically I can’t tolerate fragrance unless it’s at the very last of ingredients list. I am looking for a serum that hydrates, brightens, and leaves skin dewy, but has none of these ingredients. Also need a good vitamin c serum that is very low dose. I tried Skin Ceuticals AOX 10 version but it irritates my skin so bad. Maybe it’s the feurelic acid. I don’t have acne, but when I use products with the things I listed above, I itch and break out. Would appreciate any suggestions.

In my experience, this ascorbic acid serum is the most gentle - even though it is 10%: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/cerave-skin-renewing-vitamin-c-serum.

As for a hydrating serum, I think these are good options (free of common irritants):

Please don't forget to use a moisturizer on top to help prevent the quick water evaporation from the skin surface (it could lead to more dryness because humectants in hydrating serums pull water from the deeper layers of the skin as well as from the outside air): smth like this https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/aveeno-calm-restore-tm-redness-relief-moisturizing-cream or https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/skinmedica-replenish-hydrating-cream
