I would also recommend to switch your retinol product and stop Stratia Liquid Gold. The cream you are using from Olay contains a formaldehyde-releasing preservative DMDM Hydantoin, and it can be irritating to rosacea-prone skin. Stratia Liquid Gold contains another formaldehyde-releasing preservative Diazolidinyl Urea. You can use the Touch Skin Care Bright & Clear Cream twice daily instead (so it would go instead of Stratia liquid gold in your PM routine).
I'd stop the Indie Lee toner because it contains essential oils that can trigger rosacea. The same goes for the Maelove serum (it contains a good ingredient for skin brightening - ascorbic acid - but, unfortunately, also irritants that can be triggering for rosacea). I'd also skip the Herbivore mask, and switch your cleanser to a fragrance-free product (e.g. to this onehttps://whatsinmyjar.com/product/neutrogena-hydro-boost-gentle-cleansing-lotion or https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/avene-tolerance-extreme-cleansing-lotion) for the same reason.
Instead, in the AM routine, you could add an azelaic acid & niacinamide product - it can help calm down the inflammation and help with rosacea. Example: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/touch-skin-care-bright-clear-cream

As for a retinoid product, I'd recommend something with retinal - it is probably the least irritating effective retinoid. An example product: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/avene-retrinal-0-1-intensive-professional-cream. It would go instead your current Olay Retinol moisturizer
