ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS LEAF OIL
A plant oil with high content of volatile compounds that can irritate the skin. Can be used as a fragrance. Has anti-bacterial properties and might help neutralize free radicals on the surface of the skin
RETINOL
Two steps removed from the active form of vitamin A - retinoic acid. Once converted to the retinoic acid in the skin, retinol is proven to be effective against all signs of aging. It improves skin cell turnover, helps fight blemishes and clogged pores, can regulate excess oil production and even skin tone. It can, however, be quite irritating
SESAMUM INDICUM SEED OIL
A good moisturizing plant oil. Due to the high linoleic acid content, it helps soften the upper layer of the skin, reduce water loss and support skin barrier function
PALMITOYL TRIPEPTIDE-1
A type of peptide. Peptides are excellent moisturizers and might be able support collagen production reducing fine lines and wrinkles
SERINE
An amino-acid that helps to attract water to the upper layer of the skin. In combination with other amino-acids, might help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles
CANANGA ODORATA FLOWER OIL
An essential oil. Can be irritating

The same compound that is used safely in dental implants and bone cements. In cosmetics, it is used to improve the consistency of products
PANAX GINSENG ROOT EXTRACT
A plant extract that might have some anti-inflammatory properties, but solid evidence is lacking. It can be irritating
