This product works by removing dirt and oil from the surface of the skin. It uses a combination of mild cleansing agents (coco-betaine, coco-glucoside, disodium cocoyl glutamate, sodium cocoyl glutamate, xanthan gum) and should be able to cleanse the skin gently.
