What does the product description say?
Ice Shower (70ml) This invigorating shower gel designed to cleanse and cool post-workout.
Source: Mankind
This product works by removing dirt and oil from the surface of the skin. It uses a combination of mild cleansing agents (ceteareth-20, cetearyl alcohol, cetrimonium chloride, cocamidopropyl betaine, coco-betaine, lauroyl/myristoyl methyl glucamide, peg-120 methyl glucose dioleate, peg-200 hydrogenated glyceryl palmate, peg-40 hydrogenated castor oil, peg-7 glyceryl cocoate, sodium laureth sulfate, xanthan gum) and should be able to cleanse the skin gently. Still keep in mind that any cleansing can disrupt the skin barrier, and most people do not need to cleanse their skin more than once per day.
Even though this formulation is mild, the following cleansing agents could trigger an irritation or allergy for some people: cetrimonium chloride, cocamidopropyl betaine, coco-betaine, sodium laureth sulfate
