“Ceramide Cleansing Foam , 5 Types”
This product works by removing dirt and oil from the surface of the skin. It uses a combination of mild cleansing agents (cocamidopropyl betaine, glyceryl stearate, glycol distearate, hydrogenated lecithin, hydroxypropylcellulose, lauric acid, myristic acid, peg-100 stearate, polysorbate 20, stearic acid) and should be able to cleanse the skin gently. Still keep in mind that any cleansing can disrupt the skin barrier, and most people do not need to cleanse their skin more than once per day.
Even though this formulation is mild, the following cleansing agents could trigger an irritation or allergy for some people: cocamidopropyl betaine

Absolutely not. This is the worst foam cleanser I have ever tried. The smell is so strong and unpleasant and it strips my skin so much even if I try to use it as little and as short of a time as possible. You can get so much better cleansers... This just irritated and caused more breakouts for me because it was so stripping.
