2
Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50+ Blue Lizard - Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50+

2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant Paula's choice - 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant
You can apply this product either during the day or at night, before your moisturizer or sunscreen. You can also apply it as a spot treatment only - as in directly on inflamed blemishes or in the area where you get clogged pores. We recommend that you use the product no more than once a week on larger areas of your face. More frequent use can result in skin irritation.

Dermo Purifyer Oil Control Cleansing Gel Eucerin - Dermo Purifyer Oil Control Cleansing Gel
Use a generous amount of product to remove all dirt, sunscreen or makeup in one step. There is no need to double-cleanse. It is a good idea to always finish cleansing with a splash of clean water to remove any residue from the cleanser. Most people only need to cleanse their skin with a cleanser once per day, at night. It is the first step of a night skincare routine.

Regenerist Regenerating Lotion Olay - Regenerist Regenerating Lotion
Use every day, as many times as needed. For most people, it's best to use a moisturizer twice per day. In the morning, apply it before your sunscreen (or skip the moisturizer in the morning if your sunscreen feels hydrating enough). In the evening, a moisturizer is usually the last step of a routine.
3
Activ Retinol 0.5 Dermaceutic - Activ Retinol 0.5
Start slowly with this product: it can be irritating, but your skin can adjust to it with time. It is best to start using this product only a few times a week or every other day for the first few weeks. Mild dryness is normal when starting using a retinoid. Once your skin is able to tolerate the product well, you can slowly increase the frequency of use to every day. Make sure to apply a moisturizer regularly when using this product. Apply this product on clean skin, before a moisturizer. Most people prefer using this product at night, but it can be used in the morning as well (once per day in total).

New skin routine gone wrong. Help 💔 Almost 10 days or two weeks after i started using this routine i had 2 huge red pimples and a few white heads and my skin became very sensitive with a burning pain I have a feeling that it was the niacinamide 10% from good molecules that caused it so I stopped using it. To resolve the pimples i used adapalene and for my sensitive skin i bought laroche posay cicaplast and to be honest it felt very soothing to the burning feeling that i had. Would anyone suggest that I remove something from my routine? Am i doing anything wrong?
