I've always had dry, sensitive, eczema prone skin that is also prone to pigmentation AND congestion (not so much acne these days, but a lot of whiteheads and blackheads). Now with added aging! Emphasis on multitasking actives/multi-active formulations where possible. Basics like cleanser, SPF, and moisturizer, I keep as basic as possible in case I have a flare-up bad enough I have to drop all the actives for a week or so. For anti-aging, I just focus on preventing further damage by cramming as many antioxidants as I could into an AM serum. There are a small number of better-studied peptides in the regular routine, but I also have one day a week (at most) where I have an indulgent k-beauty ferment/peptide serum/essence extravaganza under a reusable mask. Acne control gel/differin/AA acid + bakuchiol on different days. Aveeno moisturizing cream all over face in the PM, Dry and Rough Skin solution on cheeks, nose and chin when I'm not exfoliating or using retinol, Baume B5 on irritated spots (as needed).

Gentle Skin Cleanser - Dry to Normal, Sensitive Skin Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser - Dry to Normal, Sensitive Skin
Use a generous amount of product to remove all dirt, sunscreen or makeup in one step. There is no need to double-cleanse. It is a good idea to always finish cleansing with a splash of clean water to remove any residue from the cleanser. Most people only need to cleanse their skin with a cleanser once per day, at night. It is the first step of a night skincare routine.

4
Revitalift Derm Intensives Vitamin C Serum L'Oréal Paris - Revitalift Derm Intensives Vitamin C Serum
You can use this product either in the morning or at night, before your moisturizer or sunscreen. You can use it daily, but, in case you notice signs of irritation, reducing the application to every other night might help.
5
Azelaic Acid 10% Serum Cos De BAHA - Azelaic Acid 10% Serum
Use your azelaic acid product once per day, either in the morning before your sunscreen or at night, before your moisturizer.
AM - Twice a week
1
Salicylic Acid Intense Serum Creightons - Salicylic Acid Intense Serum
You can apply this product either during the day or at night, before your moisturizer or sunscreen. You can also apply it as a spot treatment only - as in directly on inflamed blemishes or in the area where you get clogged pores. We recommend that you use the product no more than twice per week on larger areas of your face. More frequent use can result in skin irritation.

Effaclar Adapalene Gel 0.1% Topical Retinoid Acne Treatment La Roche-Posay - Effaclar Adapalene Gel 0.1% Topical Retinoid Acne Treatment
Start slowly with this product: it can be irritating, but your skin can adjust to it with time. It is best to start using this product only a few times a week or every other day for the first few weeks. Mild dryness is normal when starting using a retinoid. Once your skin is able to tolerate the product well, you can slowly increase the frequency of use to every day. Make sure to apply a moisturizer regularly when using this product. Apply this product on clean skin, before a moisturizer. Most people prefer using this product at night, but it can be used in the morning as well (once per day in total).
