What the product description says
“This soft foaming cleanser offers exceptional skin tolerance and the foaming pump allows to use the right amount of product. Suitable for face and body.”
Source: N/A

This product works by removing dirt and oil from the surface of the skin. It uses a combination of mild cleansing agents (capryloyl glycine, cocoyl methyl glucamide, laureth-7 citrate, pca ethyl cocoyl arginate, sodium cocoyl alaninate, undecylenoyl glycine) and should be able to cleanse the skin gently. Still keep in mind that any cleansing can disrupt the skin barrier, and most people do not need to cleanse their skin more than once per day.
