For skin barrier repair, I think you'd need to simplify your routine. Using less products is better for skin barrier because it can have "more space" to come into its natural balance without being constantly disturbed by exfoliants, fragrances and other potential irritants in skincare. I would recommend trying a very simple routine with a broad spectrum sunscreen in the morning, and then a cleanser, a targeted acne treatment (could be a retinoid serum like Differin gel if you can get it where you live, a retinol serum, or if your skin feels sensitive in the morning a more gentle treatment like an azelaic acid serum/cream) and a moisturizer. Ideally all the products would be free from fragrances (natural and synthetic) and essential oils.
