Acne bumps and dryness

I also use clindamycin in the morning but it wasn’t loading. I really want to change my cerave cream. I have heard it breaks people out and think it may be why I can’t kick the closed comedones. I use the panoxyl in the morning if i’m breaking out (but not every day for sure). I feel dry not using the cerave cream but don’t want to use it anymore! Been using cetaphil daily lotion instead.
