Acne bumps and dryness
I also use clindamycin in the morning but it wasn’t loading. I really want to change my cerave cream. I have heard it breaks people out and think it may be why I can’t kick the closed comedones. I use the panoxyl in the morning if i’m breaking out (but not every day for sure). I feel dry not using the cerave cream but don’t want to use it anymore! Been using cetaphil daily lotion instead.

It is very unlikely that the cerave moisturizer causes breakouts, people often attribute breakouts to products while the real cause is internal (hormonal). Still, there are plenty of other good alternatives to Cerave, for example:
