Help with neck skin

Hi. I think I damaged my neck skin. It's very senstivie and anything that touches it apart from calamine mask or Sudocream, stings. The red wrinkle never was there before, I also feel weird hanging off tiny bits of skin on it.

What would you suggest?

Hm... I think it would be important to understand what causes the irritation. Possibly it would mean going on a product elimination diet: https://www.producteliminationdiet.com/how-to-do-the-3-step-product-elimination-diet/

For "allowed products", we have Dr. Sandy's filter integrated for some product categories (sorry not all!): https://whatsinmyjar.com/product-elimination-diet

I'm 100% sure it's from exfoliation i did on my chest, must have rubbed it up and my skin is impaired now. It feels so unpleasantly dry, like a sand paper.

Ah, ok, it's actually great that you know where it's coming from! What product did you use?

If you still feel the itchiness and redness, an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream can help - you shouldn't need more than 1-2 applications.

Otherwise the safest thing to do is use a vaseline or fragrance-free baby oil (mineral oil) on it at nighttime (so it doesn't rub on your clothes too much), it will help to heal the irritation faster.
