What’s best to use for moderate clogged pores on chin but reactive sensitive skin?

I'd have expected Paula's choice BHA to target that but I'd add some soothing products too, like centella toner, niacinamide serum for the day?

You could consider adding an azelaic acid serum/cream once per day. I would be careful and not use Paula's Choice BHA daily, it is likely to be too much exfoliation for sensitive skin.

A retinoid product used 2x a week or so could help reduce clogged pores but still shouldn't aggravate the sensitivity (but then I'd take even more care re the exfoliation)

A very gentle chemical exfoliant. One of the mildest AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids). Have you tried mandelic acid? You also could soften the strength of one of these more gentle exfoliating acids by adding a drop or two of plant-based squalane oil to your acid (in your hand), or apply about 2 or 3 drops to your skin just before applying the gentle exfoliating acid. That’s what I would try. Good luck!
