Yes, you can definitely streamline your routine and also improve results I think. I would leave out the B-Hydra &out (by all means use it up - but you don't need it in your routine). I personally also wouldn't bother with the caffeine solution, it's unlikely to bring a significant benefit, but by all means use it if it feels like it is working for you.
I would also try slowly increasing the frequency of the Retinol cream - adding a second time per week, an, if your skin tolerates it well, moving to every other night (this could go to every night eventually if your skin agrees).
