Europe-based + skin irritation

Hi all, I joined to learn more about what products to use. I am based in Austria. In the winter, my skin tends to break and get irritated from 90% of the common store creams. In the spring/summer I get mild allergies and my skin turns red easily. Since the season is here, I need help first to find a product that calms my irritated skin, reduces redness, and why not, cools down the burning/itchy sensation.

Appreciating your help!

Try Vanicream daily facial moisturizer! Inexpensive and calming. Very moisturizing.

Definitely look into Korean skincare options! My friend moved to Vienna two years ago and had similar issues - switching to Korean skincare was a big game changer for her!

Hi, You need to look for creams with centella asiatica ''cica'', panthenol, or oat extract, these are like a hug for angry skin. Brands like La Roche-Posay’s Cicaplast or Avène’s Tolerance Control are EU-friendly and great for reducing redness. Professional tip: Keep it in the fridge for that extra cooling effect!............The Winter cracks could likely be a compromised moisture barrier. Spring redness? Could be mild rosacea or allergy-triggered inflammation....W
