Skin is getting finally better it seems, the irritation is gone.
What’s left of the problem that I’m getting pimples like I did as a teenager, I guess that’s common after mesotherapy. Skin is getting rid of oil and dirt that has been stuck under the dry surface.
I added a product to my routine - Grandpa’s thylox soap. It’s my long time favorite treatment for pimples and boy does it really work! I’m so thankful to this grandpa for bringing us this soap! I’m not using it on my whole face but just on the pimples, it’s really effective and I’m afraid it might dry skin a bit even if it contains really nice ingredients.
Then going on with my normal routine and waiting for a while before adding more products.
(My sun protection is a mask and a hat atm, and make up is just mascara & eyeliner every now and then.)
Off-topic: I love-love-love your hairstyle!
Glad to hear your skin is better! And thank you for sharing the Grandpa's soap product. I didn't know this product, but it makes sense that it works, sulfur is great for controling and "speed healing" blemishes! I like Eradikate (https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/kate-somerville-eradikate-blemish-treatment), but it is expensive for what it is. I think Mario Badescu makes a good spot treatment with sulfur as well.
I am curious if you see a positive effect after the mesotherapy? Is it the first time you are doing it? I am not sure how common purging vs. irritant reaction is following mesotherapy - I guess it very much depends on what got injected (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3513770/).
