Does anyone have suggestions for a really good but inexpensive ceramide moisturizer (for face) that won’t cause blackheads or breakouts?

The only moisturizer I use that I know has ceramide NP in it is the Fully Green Tomato Facial Cream. I believe its under $25 on Amazon. Unfortunately, the product isn't on this site so I don't know the concentration on the ceramide, but I do love the moisturizer. It's very light and has a gel like texture. It also has Niacinamide and Panthenol which is great for hydration, and Centella extract which really helps with redness.
I also just bought a ceramide serum to try this week, maybe that would be a good route to test?
My skin also doesn't like Cerave lol

I’m trying out the dual barrier boosting serum by Celimax. I just got it yesterday and tried it last night. I like the texture but I’ll likely need more time with it to see a difference.

The Illiyoon ceramide ato gel cream is fungal acne safe, it’s very simple and lightweight. Another is the Soon Jung hydro barrier cream.

PS I should also say that my skin doesn’t like Cerave.
