Is there a good eye cream or serum for anti aging and dryness? I've tried so many and so far I haven't noticed a difference.

I wear makeup 5-6 days a week. I love doing eyeshadow however now that I'm 40 I've noticed that glitters and shimmers just don't look the same because of the fine lines. I live in Phoenix AZ and the harsh dry weather contributes to my issues. I recently ordered a humidifier and I'm hoping this helps. If you know a product that works I'd love to know and appreciate your input.
