How to combine with niacinamide?

I have issues with Rosacea, for which I use SVR Ampoule Hydra daily with a concentration of 5% niacinamide.

I wanted to include 2 products of The Ordinary to my routine:

1) Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% in Vitamin F to use every other day in the morning (as form of vitamin C)

2) Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% to use every other day in the morning (as additional anti-blemish for my rosacea + soft exfoliation (AHA/BHA too harsh for my skin))

The Ordinary says that these 2 products cannot be combined with niacinamide. Since niacinamide has been working very well for my skin as all-round hero & since they normally say that it can be combined with anything: is it a risk to combine?
