How can I control rosacea and yet use effective products for my ageing combination skin

I recently had lasers to treat my rosacea. I have a very reactive skin, mostly to what I eat, drink, or to heat or cold.

But I also have a combination skin, with clogged pores on my nose, forhead and chin. I also have a few wrinkles.

It is hard to find a routine which doesnt trigger rednesses and my rosacea but which can help with uneven skin tone and signs of ageing.
