HELP HELP HELP ME PLEASE!!!

So basically, for the past week or so, I’ve been waking up to so many tiny little whiteheads all over my face. It’s honestly starting to freak me out a little. When I wash my face after I wake up, some of them go away (not all), but my face turns super red. Is there anything that you can think of about why those little whiteheads are happening and what can I do better to prevent them??? I also changed my bedsheets a few days ago and my pillowcase because I thought that was the problem, but still nothing has changed. For reference about the products I use, I use the CeraVe Salicylic Acid cleanser and I recently bought the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser but I haven’t started using it yet, I also use the Beauty of Joseon Green Plum Refreshing Toner once or twice a week and for serums, I use the Beauty of Joseon Glow Deep Serum and The Ordinary Aloe 2% + NAG 2% Serum, and for moisturiser I use the CeraVe Daily Moisturising Lotion. I was also thinking of buying the Beauty of Joseon Glow serum to help my acne instead of hyperpigmentation, so it would be great if you also gave your opinions on that too!

Thank you so much!

I'm thinking a mild salicylic acid as a serum. Rather than a rinse off form. Boots uk do a low price version. I've found it really great. I get tiny white heads on my chest and arms. They've gone with use of this

It sounds like you might be experiencing some environmental irritation - maybe your laundry detergent? I would try switching to a gentle unscented detergent and not washing to cleanser (just use water) in the mornings and see if that helps calm things down a bit :)
