I workout in the mornings so I use micellar water and moisturiser before the workout and cleanse after

You can skip the pre-workout cleanse - just cleanse afterwards, it's easier on your skin barrier

Just my personal two cents - try to see how your skin reacts to hyaluronic acid that is in the products you're using. it's very unlikely but if you have hypersensitivity to synthetic HA, you could be doing damage to your barrier, like I was!
Also, micellar water is not enough to cleanse your skin in the evening, since you're just spreading it around your face. Maybe consider a gentle gel cleanser?

Looks pretty good!

I’d say maybe add some more ceramides, the Cerave Toner is great for the skin barrier but light enough for acne prone skin!
