Eucerin anti pigment with Retinoid & Niacinamide

I was wondering whether the Thiamidol is a vitmain C replacement and whether I could use it with Niacinamide, as my AM routine consisted of both vitamin C and Niacinamide. Also, was wondering if I could incorporate it into my PM routine along side my Adapalene which is a Retinoid.
