Rosacea-Safe & Noncomedogenic Sunscreen Recommendations?

Hello! I have very oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin that gets clogged ridiculously easy. I also have rosacea. I'm looking for a sunscreen that won't make my rocasea flare up and also won't make my skin horrifically greasy. I'm mostly managing the oil and acne right now with these products:

  1. Cosrx Low Ph Cleanser

  2. Innisfree Green Tea Balancing Toner

  3. Cosrx Snail Mucin 96 essence

  4. [Insert Sunscreen here]

So far these products have worked to make my skin look normal lol. No redness, no oil, no acne.

A sunscreen that's worked for me before is the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel. It doesn't cause awful reactions or clogged pores, but it does cause a bit of redness in the cheeks (I also use SkinSort and that site says it has a rosacea trigger ingredient: Ethylhexyl Salicylate. The redness must be from this. It's not awful but it's still something that needs to be fixed), so I'm looking to replace it.

I've bought Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum to try out, but I also want some recommendations to try out if that doesn't work out.

Here's some ingredients that don't work for me: cetearyl alcohol, polyglyceryl-3 diisostearate, theobroma cacao extract, gossypium herbaceum extract, glycine soja oil, myristic acid, butyrospermum parkii butter, cocos nucifera oil, chondrus crispus extract, lactic acid, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, benzophenone-3, alcohol.

Please let me know any recommendations that might work!! Thank you :)

That's tough...

I have congestion-prone, redness-prone (on my cheeks) combination skin and among sunscreens I tried (including some Korean sunscreens produced by Kolmar), the one that I found gentlest as thusfar it has never caused any itching or flushing or breakouts for me is Evy Technology Mousse (it does contain other ethylhexyls though - are they also flagged as rosacea triggers?). Their face sunscreens tend to be more shiny and their general use blue bottle sunscreens leave more matte finish. But I'm afraid if you have oily skin you may not like them so much.

My husband who has oily skins and hates ANY shine tolerates Eucerin Oil Control sunscreeens but they have alcohol denat, perfume and cetearyl alcohol...

Fingers crossed for Skin1004 then!

Btw have you considered trying more glycerin-based product? I have impression that low weight HA doesn't serves me best and it was in fact linked to inflammation. I don't have very oily skin though so glycerin is easier for me to use even though high % tend to be sticky.
