What would be a good product to make my routine better

I’m looking into getting The Ordinary daily set for a heavier moisturizer and serums. I use a tinted moisturizer by Marcelle

You don't need to use Micelle Solution in the morning. When using it in the evening, please rinse it off with water to remove all the residue (it can interfere with your skin barrier and lead to more redness). You do not need to double cleanser, I'd recommend choosing one cleanser product and cleansing in one step (apart from removing mascara beforehand if you are wearing it).

Glycolic acid 7% daily is too high for your skin I'd say. I'd try using it 2x a week instead or even less frequently - at least until your sensitivity improves.

I don't think you need additional serums from the Ordinary for now, as you are trying to reduce sensitivity. Less products is good in this case.

If you feel that your current night time moisturizer is not hydrating enough, a heavier texture cream is a good option, for example: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/dermageek-nourishing-facial-night-cream (also contains a higher % of niacinamide that can help the skin barrier).

Also, to reduce sensitivity further, you could consider switching to a mineral-based sunscreen (but the texture would be heavier - might feel less nice for the daytime): https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/pipette-mineral-sunscreen-broad-spectrum-spf50
