Small forehead bumps, skin brightening, sunscreen pilling issue

I always have small forehead bumps/texture that I would love to get rid of! I would love to brighten my skin and improve elasticity.

The vitamin C I use is from Amazon, but the brand isn't listed as an option on this website so I added a different vitamin C serum on this online profile. The one I actually use is called "Elbbub Vitamin C 20% with Hyaluronic acid"

The sunscreen I use doesn't blend well with my other products, it pills up and gives a small white cast. Is there another sunscreen that would work better with my routine?
