Sadly, topical products can do little-to-nothing against dark circles 😭, the best options are sleep & concealer...
You are using some top actives in your routine: great sunscreen, tretinoin, good moisturizer, gentle cleanser, salicylic & lactic acid at a good frequency. I'd only suggest considering going fragrance-free for your serums as well to help your skin tolerate the retinoid better. I'd swap your 2 Some By Mi products for a fragrance free serum with 4-10% niacinamide and a serum with Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate instead of Ascorbic Acid (it can help reduced clogged pores and will be less irritating. Once you have your active blemishes under control and will be dealing mostly with the post-acne pigmentation, you can switch back to Ascorbic Acid). Alternatively, a product with about 10% Azelaic Acid can be great addition too. Or you could also skip the second serum altogether to simplify your routine. Tretinoin + salicylic acid is already a great effective combo.
