The goal is to restore and strengthen your skin barrier, especially in the area where you get the redness. To do so, I'd suggest to go fragrance-free for all of your skincare, add a daily broad-spectrum mineral-based sunscreen in the AM and switch your moistruizer for a more protective one. I'd also recommend not to use the Ascorbic Acid serum in the area where you get the redness.

A few product suggestions:

Cleanser:

(Stop Kiehl's toner & iS Clinical serum fully)

Moisturizer:

Sunscreen:

You could also try adding a gentle azelaic acid serum, can be used either AM or PM: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/revox-just-azelaic-acid-10
