Can anyone suggest a good night time moisturiser with natural ingredients for older skin

Skincare Routine

Bvm skincare routine

I use several products from the ordinary range plus products that are in my monthly beauty box. I wash my face with donkey milk soap then use moisture products for older skin. I also use a light mask several times a week

Hello Bvm 👋! It sounds like your routine is a little inconsistent, and it's not a good thing (but beauty boxes do that to you). I'd really recommend to try to put together a consistent regimen with good actives (and products) and unsubscribe from the beauty box. Once you've got a good regimen, the best thing is to stick with it long-term and not get distracted by all these new exciting products.

Please do not use soap on your face! Here is a cleansing guide we've put together: https://whatsinmyjar.com/skin-concerns/all-about-cleansing-wimj-cleansing-guide.

The most important part your routine is missing atm is a daily broad spectrum sunscreen. 80% of ageing is due to sun damage, both from the "burning" UVB rays as well as "ageing" (but not noticeable) UVA rays you also get in shade or when it's cloudy. An example product: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/la-roche-posay-anthelios-uvmune-400-invisible-fluid-fragrance-free-spf50

Your PM serum Environ Focus Care Youth+ Concentrated Retinol Serum 1 has a good anti-aging active - retinol, but it also includes a formaldehyde-releasing preservative DMDM Hydantoin, so i'd switch this product to smth like this: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/dr-sams-flawless-nightly-serum or this https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/psa-skin-midnight-courage-rosehip-and-bakuchiol-retinol-night-oil.

I'd also recommend to go for a bit milder exfoliator than the Ordinary 30%, especially because you are also using a retinoid. A good option is: https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/paulas-choice-resist-advanced-smoothing-treatment-10-aha or https://whatsinmyjar.com/product/no7-laboratories-resurfacing-peel-15-glycolic-acid

The Kueshi Grape Vit-C Night Cream is not effective, unfortunately. It contains only about 1% of Vit C (ascorbic acid), and it's way too low to have an effect in skin (effective concentrations start at 10%). So i'd stop this product completely. I don't think you need to use a mask.

And finally to your question about a good night time moisturizer 🙈. There are many good options:
